Is NCTS Rideshare a licensed transportation company?
Yes. NCTS Rideshare is fully licensed to operate across the state of Wisconsin under Wis. Stat. § 440.48.
How much do drivers earn with NCTS?
Drivers earn 80% of each fare and keep 100% of their tips. All earnings are paid weekly via direct deposit.
Do I need a special license to drive?

What are the vehicle requirements?
Be a 4-door passenger car, 10 years old or newer
Be clean, safe, and pass an inspection at our Milwaukee office
Have valid registration and insurance
Is there a background check?
Yes. All drivers must pass a criminal and driving record check. The cost is paid by the driver, but it is reimbursed as a bonus after 90 days of active service.
Do I need commercial insurance?
Yes. Wisconsin law requires drivers to maintain commercial or rideshare-endorsed liability insurance. NCTS does not provide transportation coverage for drivers.
Is there any equipment I must buy?
Install a functioning dash cam
Purchase an illuminated NCTS car sign ($50)
