✅ Requirements to Get Started

To drive for NCTS, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old

• Hold a valid Wisconsin driver’s license

• Own a 4-door passenger vehicle (10 years or newer)

• Pass a background and driving history check

• Have commercial/rideshare auto insurance (per Wis. Stat. § 440.48)

• Install and use a dash cam while on the platform

• Display an illuminated NCTS sign ($50, purchased from us)

• Maintain a clean, professional vehicle

• Complete our online training and pass the Final Certification Exam (100% required)

📋 Insurance Policy

NCTS Rideshare carries general business liability insurance to safeguard the platform. However, drivers are fully responsible for their commercial liability coverage at all times, including when logged into the app or transporting riders — as required by Wisconsin law.

🔍 Background Check & Bonus

• Drivers pay for their background check up front

• After 90 days of active driving, the cost is reimbursed as a bonus

• To qualify, drivers must remain in good standing under contract
